We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 AUD within Australia.

Shipping Rates:

Orders over $200 AUD – Free Standard Shipping

Orders under $200 AUD – Flat rate of $9.95 AUD

Express Shipping (Optional) – $14.95 AUD

We currently ship within Australia. If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact us directly at cs@lynnetoile.com.

 

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Estimates:

Standard Shipping: 4-8 business days

Express Shipping: 1-4 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as public holidays or courier delays.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your jewellery. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns:

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original packaging. To request a return, please email us at cs@lynnetoile.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

** Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

 

Exchanges:

We don’t offer a formal exchange program at this time.
If you’d like a different size, colour, or style, we recommend returning the original item (subject to our return policy) and placing a new order through our online store for the piece you’d like instead.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
